A few of you may know that husky bill left the first women's game by ambulance just before the opening tap.
He is now at Yale NH hospital recuperating from a complicated removal of his gall bladder, and is doing well.
The biggest danger was when the women played A&M and his blood pressure spiked after a turnover.
The resident gnome has dodged another bullet (i know-he didnt have to duck) and will return to haunt the boneyard in a few days.

What a disappointment it musta been for Bill, too! He gets honored by the team to participate at the jump ball position, but he comes up short just before the whistle.
