Do we have them all down yet? I was looking at a clip just released of someone wearing the #10, what looked to be a 32 year old with receding hairline but I wasn’t sure it was a player of ours or a coach.

Not sure about this year yet, but for the last few:

0 - Nowell
1 - Ball
2 - Newton
3 - Stewart
4 - Abraham
5 - Reed
10 - Hassan (maybe that is who you saw?)
11 - AK
13 - Richie Springs
20 - Mahaney
21 - Sanogo
23 - Ross
24 - Singare
30 - McNeeley
32 - Clingan
35 - Samson
43 - Diaby
44 - Andre Jackson

I believe the NCAA changed the rule a few years back making anything 00-99 wearable. A team cannot have a number 0 and 00 on the same roster.
Yeah they changed it a year or two ago. Funny that was my initial reaction. Has there ever been a famous #9 in the NBA? Hockey, baseball and football, yes but that’s a strange one for hoops. Tony Parker?

Derrick White. I believe Dave Stallworth was #9 for all you 1970’s Knick fans

Is there really going to be a #9? I thought all numbers had to be 0-5 in the NCAA?
Millender is the first UConn player in decades to have a number outside 0-5. Other programs have had 6-9 over the last few years.

I live in Europe so I can only really watch highlights on YouTube. Haven’t noticed this at all.

Vast majority of players still use the old numbers. I didn't notice until a week ago when it was brought up here or SC. Forgetting where

You can't have a 0 and 00 on the same roster? Who came up with that idiotic rule? And why!?!? Can you have a 1 and an 11? How about a 9 and 99? I can't wait till some ref lights up some player wearing 99 with a foul and then flashes a two handed 9 fingers twice at the scorers table. And what happens when there's a number 45 on the floor at the same time? "Hey! Is the foul on 99 or 45?". So you're telling me that the guy behind the desk can't figure out a one fisted 0 from a two fisted 0?

Oh maybe this rule is because some stat systems can't distinguish between 0 and 00, but then wouldn't 00 simply be prohibited.

Someone will have to get to the bottom of this rule. :)
