Ice is serious about earning and keeping a spot in the starting lineup. Last season I was amazed at how her fitness level improved from the start of the season to the Big Dance. She earned some meaningful PT and was a critical piece of UConn’s postseason run. Obviously, she just kept up the momentum by working very hard since the end of last season. I can’t wait for the start of next season…

We are lucky to have the Connecticut Sun so we can show all freshmen coming in that the present team always supports its alumni in the W. It shows that UConn wbb is a family, whether you leave the nest or not.

Now I kind of wish LSU And UConn played each other at some point last season. Though Geno would've had to pay Mulkey a million dollars for her to schedule actual competition outside the conference.
