#UConn set an NCAA record by winning 30g for the 8th straight season. They are a combined 277-22 (.926) in this span

And have won 30 in 18 of the last 20 seasons, which is even more remarkable, IMO.

And in one of those seasons, Uconn won 29.

At one point in the 2nd half the Huskies had tied the record for
largest margin of victory, but then Idaho hit a bunch of 3 pointers
in the last few minutes.

These stats of streaks are all nice to read about but the one that counts the most is the stat for "Most wins, last game played." As noted below, we are still at seven.

i noticed that too. Milford and I were texting about it while he was at the game. every time they hit a 3 i was like "noooooooooo"!!!

Maybe the NCAA should consider a smaller field for the women. These first round blowouts by the tops seeds are real snoozers unless you are a fan of the higher seeded team.

No team outside the top 10 even has a chance to get to the Final Four. I say just jump straight to the Sweet 16.
