Perks. Former UConn WBB player Morgan Tuck now works in the front office of the Sun, so a simple phone call will produce tickets for the team at the will-call window. Any UConn WBB coach in the past or present could/can call the Sun community relations office and get the same result.

WCBB teams usually can get “team passes” for most local sporting events. Professional courtesy you might say. Most colleges and professional athelic franchises regularly make passes available to various high school/college teams and senior citizen organizations on request.

NIL has nothing to do with getting passes to sporting events. Huskie women have been attending Sun games since the Sun came into the league. If the Huskies wanted to attend a Liberty home game, the Liberty would accommodate them.

Bad job by ESPN a few minutes ago, zooming in for a shot of Paige (and half of Caroline sitting next to her), next going to a shot of Geno and Kathy Auriemma, and not bothering with what should have been a pretty easy shot of all 12 of the Huskies... it would've been nice to see all of them.

Yes. ESPN coverage should be flawless with all their resources and experience but announcing and camera work is not great.

When you have a team right down the road from campus it's easy to get to a few games a year. It's not like they have to go all the way to Boston or New York.

Good game by the Sun, especially offensively, to force a deciding game.

Too bad they won't get Seattle, I think most of us wanted that - although Kiah Stokes plays for the Aces.

Game was not very well attended - maybe due to rainy Tuesday.

Silly me, I walked right by the girls on the way out as they paused to gather everyone up and someone did a photo - had I known I would have at least offered a "good luck on the season".
