Tryptophan or not, turkey sucks. Stuff and eat a chicken…Tryptophan in turkey is a myth. That said, I'm all for making the team think they are better prepared by not eating turkey. Especially since even the best turkey is pretty meh without all the gravy, sauces and sides.
