The great thing about that for UConn is that most guys who came had that attitude (Wiggins, Wren are maybe a few exceptions). The guys who want glamour and distractions outside of that tend to choose different schools. It means we miss on some guys, but in many cases that ends up being a good thing.

Yep, probably. But Tuscaloosa beats Miami, NYC, LA, Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, DC, Houston, Philly etc. Storrs leads in Scooter incidents though.

You and others here may be surprised to learn that that's no longer the impediment it once was. Lots of New England kids going to school down there now. Mississippi, I think, is still Mississippi.
