How would you regulate paying college athletes?

My view is you can choose. Go pro or go to college. You want to get paid go pro.. nba g league, Europe, Asia. I honestly wish more guys would do exactly that. Get rid of 1-done. Get rid of transfers or make it harder anyway. Like can’t play or practice with the team for a year. And then make reasonable rules and enforce them. Let guys get actual student jobs if they want. Require that they be off campus for the Summer session. Eliminate these bogus early season tournaments and move opening games to the Week after Thanksgiving. And if a player leaves for the Nbefore he either graduates or his class graduates you lose his scholarship until he would have graduated. See how K and Kentucky like playing with 4-5 walk one for a few seasons. Make college sports college sports.

Until all 50 states say that the nba can’t prevent hs kids from declaring for the draft, or the nba takes its own independent action, this will be a false narrative.

Nonsense. No age limit in the g league or Europe. You want to get paid go pro. There are plenty of options
