I would double team whenever she brings the ball up, make her pass and then try to deny her the ball. It won't work all of the time, but enough to slow her down and make the rest of ND try to beat you.
I'm still curious about what would happen if you throw Blanca at her in order to deny HH getting the ball very much. Blanca's got height, speed and quick hands, which should mess with a lot of passes.
