I am expecting a strong contingent of BYU fans on the 29th. Do folks thing they will sell out their allotment? I am guessing that due to the infrequent east coast visits, they will likely have a decent representation of local fans and then of course those who decide to fly out from Utah. I'm going to say 3,000 and easily the be showing of any opposing fans this season.

There are always quite a large group of BYU fanson road games. The majority of them will be people in the local area though. Anywhere there are members of the LDS church BYU will have a good tirn out.

I already know some that have have tickets, but I'd be shocked if they ever see another UConn game.

I think they'll travel like this. Most left yesterday.

If BB is any indication, a couple of years ago they played in Buffalo and approx. 3,000 fans showed up for the game. However, they did have a star PG on the team from NY.

They have a very devoted fan base. I know of alums here in CT who considered a road game in Buffalo as a drive down the street. I expect a strong showing.

would assume Steve Young formerly of Greenwich High School will be at the Rent next Friday night

Legenary Coach Lavell Edwards said of our fans that we hit town with the Ten Commandments and a $20 bill and we don't break either of them :-)
Since many of our fans don't drink alcohol, and a large portion travels with a whole group of kids we tend to be a 'frugal' lot.
Speaking of groups of kids; When does a Mormon woman stop having kids? At 35, she stops then because having 36 kids is just way too many. ;-)
