Doug Bruno: " They are the Best! They have set the bar!' is that BAD for Women's College Basketball or Women in Genera????

Breanna Mackenzie Stewart, best women's collegiate basketball player ever bar none! Without her only one national championship would have been won in the decade.

Fair, but it gets a lot closer.

UConn (non Breanna years): 1 championships, 5 final fours
ND (non Breanna years): 1 championship, 3 runner ups, 1 elite 8, 1 sweet 16

Slight correction. 1 championship, 6 Final Fours.

And from a different decade a recruiting shortie about the 2002 39-0 Huskies. YouTube offered, I accepted. Nice memory:

I was half hoping this would provide some info on the actual recruiting of our Fearsome Foursome. Everyone knows DT's story but I really do not have
any good idea about the others

There is all sorts of info on Sue, but you are right the other 3 seemingly come out of nowhere, yet were highly sought after in their own right I believe.

YOU'RE ALIVE!!!! Holy Cow, YOU'RE ALIVE!!!

Welcome back, Blue!

They'd have a great shot to win all 4 years she was there even without her. UCONN was loaded with at least 2 other All Americans in each season.
