Things that stand out to me when I go through the stats.
Why do we only allow Mccombs to run the ball? The ESPN rushing stats for Uconn are all screwed up but from what I see Delorenzo had 12 yards on 1 carry and yet the coaching staff didn't use him again? Looking at the other teams they utilize far more players for both receivers and running backs. Pasqualoni seems to stick to favorites regardless of how they are producing.
I did find an opponent who's stats matches Uconn's pretty evenly... Buffalo.
Watching the other games kept me interested. While at the game on Thursday I found myself being one of 'those' people who were more interested in the festivities under the scoreboard. That's never happened to me before. Uconn has it's work cut out for them these next few weeks. Hopefully, as Pasqualoni is implying, our performance is no call for alarm ... Watching more film will correct all the problems.
