How to edit a thread title?

In the old interface there was a "Thread Tools" menu that allowed the creator of a thread to edit the thread title.

Has this option disappeared in this new skin?

I just wanted to know whether the possibility of editing our own thread title still exists, or whether we needed to go through a mod to do it.
