Thanks for posting another great find - a nice analysis of the rules changes with reference to USF, but equally valid points for any team. One not mentioned:
The value of time outs in the last minute of play will lead to fewer time-outs being used during the rest of the game. Needing the advantage a TO gives you in a close game in the last minute will have coaches hoarding them. Faster play with fewer stoppages.
