Finally, as a bald guy, a thread where I can offer some expertise. About two weeks, when the razor stops “gliding”

Not shaving -- The only thing I'm going to miss about masks.

I remember my Mom's Dad back in the 60's used a straight blade that he sharpened on a leather strap. No idea how that works. I hack away until the bitter end with plastic handle razors. Currently going 2 months until it hits the garbage pail.

That kind of shave is the best. Go to a barber .

Haven't used a blade in a couple of years. Ditched them for a Braun electric. Order a new blade from Amazon every 6 to 8 months for the Braun.

Gillette Mach 5 once every two days. Wife makes me shave. Razor good for about 6 shaves. Wipe dry and put on cover. There is a cheaper one I just tried Caliber 5 that seems to work really well. About 1/2 the cost.
