He is an excellent defensive coordinator and motivator. He is a horrible head coach for game management and game planning. He also owes all fans and players an apology and an action plan on how to get the plays in on time and not waste time outs.

I think he should be the CEO of the team and run the defense. Hire a good OC and he runs HIS offensive philosophy and Diaco stays out of the fkkng way! The OC reports to the AD and NOT Diaco.
