how did you like the Blue Helmets?

I liked them. What I thought was funny is all of the people complaining about the unis - then they showed that Duke highlight and wow those 2004 unis were bad.

Helmets and uniforms look great if you win. They look awful if you lose. I have no problem with the helmets, blue or white. Like everyone else, I have a problem with the performance on the field and the outcome of the games.

Blue better than the white (which should only be for special occasions). Old helmets better than new (new could be for special occasions). Matters not because they'll be changed with next year's coach.

Blue are much better, but lose the eyeballs and if you insist on the dopey UCONN across the back, FYI nobody sees it on tv...go with a white stripe like Denver's orange one that starts as a point and widens as it goes back. For what its worth, the eyeballs are less visible on the blue helmet. didn't look like a pair of socks.

I'm guessing that in 5 or 6 years, people will look back on this era of college football compare it to this era of baseball:

Count me in the minority, but I prefer the white helmets. Also, I am never a fan of the monocramatic all blue unis (pants, shirt, helmet). Hoping for the classic white-blue-white on Saturday.
