I'll be getting 150+ rounds of golf in over the summer/fall season at the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Cornell University.

Speaking of sailing. I'm going through a dating drought and my doctor told me about his nurse who joined a sailing club in Westport, met a man and it now happily married. He suggested I do the same.

Nice. Westport is not a low rent district. If you're poor all the more reason to hang out in Westport. Lotsa luck.

Finally finishing our house remodel and moving back into it (have been staying in apartment for now). Hope prices for wood & other materials and things like appliances don’t increase too much with tariffs
