After hearing Doris Burke carry on ad nauseum about twitter accounts and other irrelevant stuff , (Oh you wanted to know who just committed the foul???) I think I will put on Kara and Bob Joyce ( WTIC internet radio) and turn off the volume on the TV. Wisconsin-Green Bay went undefeated for a good part of the season with their 3 point shooting. Peck-Wreck somehow confused this team with Bowling Green, which usually shows up only in trivia contests. It would be nice to have competent coverage for the play-offs.

I often listen to WTIC while watching a game. Be warned, however, the radio broadcast has a 6 or 8 second delay so what you're hearing doesn't sync with the picture.

No fan of Ms. Peck but, I was embarassed for her,
Yes, Kara would be GREAT in that job (though I'd hate to lose her radio voice)!

But wait, didn't Peck coach a national champion? Isn't that part of her name? It sure sounds like it, anyway. (NC Coach Carolyn Peck)

It's shocking, but true, that Burke used to be a favorite among UConn wbb fans. In recent years she has begun to lose her supporters because of the ridiculous craptalk she engages in during the game.

An ugly example of devolution.

Oh come on, Wonk, Twiting is the way to engaged the dumber'd down in America. Burke is just tapping in to that trend. yes, it is a trend down, but either embrace it and drink the cool aid or continue to be lucid on the Boneyard!

Do think that DB was forced into that palaver, 'cuz it is all about brand building and keeping up.
