How about Big 12 for football and baskeball only, other sports find another conference

I'm not sure if the Big 12 would go for this, but they could get to 12 by adding WV, Louisville, Rutgers, and Connecticut. This would give them a notheast footprint for television and greatly improve their basketball league.
