I lost all interest in anything Fransesca had to say years ago. He was doing a recap of the top sporting events of the decade just past. He said that a particular Tyson Holyfield fight was "the penultimate sporting event of the decade." People speaking in public should not use words they don't know the meaning of, just because it's got 4 syllables and they think it will make them sound intelligent and educated.
