HOPE, the only chance that College Women's Basketball has against the GIANT, known as, UCONN, is currently recovering from the savage beating it took, while it assumed the spirit of the Louisville Women's Basketball Team, in the first quarter of their recent game. A person close to HOPE, speaking anonymously, said: “HOPE is finished for this year. It tried to repeat its magical ways against the GIANT UCONN for a second time; just like last year when it took over the spirit of Mississippi St. But, the GIANT, who never forgets, took vengeance in the first quarter, thoroughly destroying HOPE, rendering it useless for the foreseeable future.”

Reliable sources within Women's College Basketball are claiming that HOPE is not injured at all. Just resting until the Tournament. This is a ruse of course, designed to keep Women's College Basketball thinking that they will have HOPE with them, should they face the GIANT anytime soon.

The key to "Hope's survival is her twin sister "Faith". For with out "Faith" "Hope" is lost. Both are dependent on their friends " Timing" and "Match Ups". When they appear often their brother "Upset" follows restoring Faith and renewing Hope .

But that only happens when the Giant allows itself to be influenced by that occasional friend, complacency.

Recent rumors have been reported that HOPE was seen lurking deep in the shadows of the Boneyard...playground of the Huskies. Attempts to verify these sightings by contacting Boneyard gate keepers remain unanswered.

Regular denizens of the Boneyard, who outsiders did reach, simply discounted these reports as "fake news".

That only works if Charity is a member of the band and Uconn spends most of every NCAA game at her stripe.

Complacency is no friend of the Giant. She in fact a niece of Timing whom he often brings along with her cousins "Injury", Illness and "Officiating". The odds of their mother "Upset" attending are greatly increased when two or more are in attendance.
