Possibly, or maybe it's just that the 2014 class is that much better than the 2013 class...

I remember when Hoopgurlz had a strong west coast influence, now as you can see there is a strong east coast influence. Very predictable if you know your history.

I recently watch a girl who was in the top 25, and thought she was very overrated. Now she has dropped 15 spots.
