Obviously pretty subjective but a fun read. Rentschler comes in @ #53.

>> The debate on which college football venue is the most intimidating for visiting teams is always intense and every major venue crowns their stadium as the undisputed champ. What has been missing from the debate, however, is some data to add to the discussion. Stadium Journey has developed the Home Field Advantage Ranking to compare the impact of stadiums on the home team based on several categories. The categories include home win/loss record, average attendance, the Stadium Journey "Fans" score, attendance based on percentage stadium capacity, and points scored vs points allowed<<

RU #27

WVU #45

There's subjective and then there's nuts. But it's something to read that's not about logos.

Just from what's been posted, it's way off. WVU is light years ahead of rutgers. The obvious metric is home record vs. road record adjusted for strength of schedule.

My un-scientifice poll of one looks like this;

LSU
Clemson
TAMU
Ohio St.
Penn St.

WVU was way ahead in the former BE, UL second, and the Rent third. RU was nowhere to be found.
Our home record under RE was pretty good. Won a lot of games when we weren't the best team on the field. The crowd definitely had an impact, especially given the size of the stadium.
