I wonder how serious Geno was about the "today's coaching is different - you can't tell kids what you want them to do, you can only make suggestions, and they decide if they want to take them or not".
I know he's not happy with the starters and he said that the team is "really immature". That's actually quite a statement and really problematic because this is not a young team. Start 2 seniors, 1 junior, and 1 sophomore. Williams did not start the 2nd half so he basically had all experienced players out there. Not sure what the solution is, but for leaders of Lou, Pheesa and Crystal to be called "immature" at this point in their careers should be cause for concern...
