IMHO we need to encourage every minute of women's sports coverage. Figure skating reappears once every four years, as does women's gymnastics, and you need a B1G network or equivalent to get any volleyball. I applaud the networks showing these tennis tournaments. Go Serena! (and Coco and Venus and Jennifer)

Not a fan of individual sports. I wonder what a good shrink would make out of that. Even a tad more odd is I am a target shooter, but I wouldn't give a dime to see anyone else shoot. I used to play golf, but that is one of my least favorite TV sports.
I have always liked the synergy of team sports, where the whole is better than the sum of the parts. But I doubt anyone cares about this post. I am not sure I care about it.
