Ridiculous. Awarded a timeout when she was calling it

1) When she didn't have possession, and then
2) When both players had their hands on it.

duck that noise.
 
Are you kidding me? She didn't really have possession when she called time out, and the number of times they called tie-ups quicker than that. Ugh.
 
Don't you have to have POSSESSION of the ball to call time out? Not if you're the FOWBB.
