Good game for 36 minutes. But with 4 minutes to go, and SU leading by only 2, the Orange seemed to be able to score at will.
Nice game for the most part by UConn, but the last 4 minutes leaves a bad taste. Especially when one considers the future of this team.

They looked better today then they have the past 7 games. They lost to the number 2 team on the road. If you look at the first 37 minutes it was a close and entertaining game. They can take a lot away from that as a team if they look at the positive. This is things moving up. I look forward to hosting Cuse in a few weeks when all of their shots DON'T fall.

Yeah I get iot we're UConn and they were Syracuse......a better team than UConn this year and much more mature....we held our own and if you wanted a win then good for you, we all did. BUt take the positive out of it and see it was NOT an 18 point game until the end when they were out basket hanging and rubbing it in our kids faces.........our guys need to stop allowing the laughing I can tell you that......next time Joseph or alike wants tomohawk up 18 with 30 seconfs left he needs to see the floor...........anyone does and too bad that's what you get!! Has to be "not on my face" attitude!

I know this might be too hard for you to understand, but sometimes your best isn't enough. UConn is not an elite team this year, just a very solid team, and Cuse is the best in the country. UConn played excellent for 38 minutes.

Because we're not DePaul, does that mean we should de-contextualize final scores and find the negatives in a well played game? We played only 3 points worse than Monday night against Louisville?

I felt, in watching this game, that they are thisclose to being a very good team. Even if UConn was the best team in the country, ranked #1, there's a better than 50% chance of losing at the #2 team.
