Hello Fellow Uconn Fans,

Leave has early has you can, there is also a Toby Keith concert at the Meadows at 8:00pm. I would stay away from RT 91 north or south of Hartford... it's going to be a parking lot.

See You at the Game

Those coming up from F'fld County, there is a huge Sacred Heart v. Bryant College football game tomorrow night too, so you may want to be careful coming up the Merrit ;)

Word just coming in that all UConn fans are excused from work on Friday. Should your employer have any questions or concerns, they're directed to contact the Mississippi St. Office of the Provost.

Do you have the phone number because I know a few clueless bosses who would believe this.

Updated word: Don't bother using words with more than six letters when contacting the MSU provost.

Stay away from 91? Do you want me to not come?

The only thing I can tell you with certainty is that if it takes me 4 hours to get there and I'm late getting into the stadium rushing through my tailgate, someone will whine about me and others being late getting in.

If you live south of Hartford like I do, the way I'm going is RT91 north and in Meriden go RT15/5 north and go up the Berlin Tpk, follow Rt15 to Charter Oak Bridge, go over bridge and take Silver Lane exit go a mile and you are there.
Good Luck

I doubt Randy Edsall will notice, he went to Maryland.

From the north, you can take I-91S to I-291W to I-84W and miss Hartford.
From the south, you can take I-91N to Exit 25 CT-3E/Putnam Bridge to CT-2W

The Berlin Turnpike on a Friday afternoon? I'd think you'd hit all 85 stoplights.

I love the Berlin Twk, it the scenic route...Centerfolds, The Kitchen and then Hooter's

When I really want to avoid traffic (and most of the Turnpike), I take I-91N to CT-9 N to the CT-175/Newington exit, take a right onto 175, which meets up with the Berlin Turnpike right at the end before it turns into a highway.
