Tomorrow I'm cooking a 12LB prime rib for my wife and son, since my wife's and my parents have passed. I think it should be my son cooking, but he isn't as good as me when it comes to prime rib. Happy Mother's day to all the Moms out there.

We did our celebrating last night. Today (Mother's Day) she is headed to New Rochelle to spend a few days with her uncle who suffers from Parkinson's disease. Pretty much sums up why she is such a good mom to our kids and just an overall good person.

I did a very nice batch of paella this evening. Wife and daughter both loved it.
