Cluster headaches can be the only excuse for missing a game over headaches. They are called suicide headaches for a reason. Doubt the staff would give him LSD but they should be giving him medical grade high flow oxygen.

My brother suffers from cluster headaches. Horrible, debilitating headaches. He would punch holes in walls screaming while suffering from them cause there was nothing to stop them once they started. I wouldn't wish them on anyone seeing what he dealt with

The specialist he had to go to told him those types of headaches are more painful than child birth

My brother too. It's basically the worst pain possible, people have killed themselves over them.
