Bad game to be without larrier

Defense was actually ok most of the time, but we left people open in the interior too often on lost assignments. Vital on the bottom of the 1-3-1, ball middle top and he's in the corner and #10 gets a wide open look from 2 feet? Nice D, I actually wish the headaches went towards #1 tonight not a good display 1st half for him at all. Nice steal and take 1 on 4 what's he thinking? Jalen playing his balls off but there is no help and Tubby is playing him right doubling every chance making someone else beat them, they can't. Anderson, well let's say on O most of this game is 2 on 5 at best, not a lot you can do.

Larrier out is a killer he would've had plenty of open looks because JA came out with a hot hand.

Here’s the problem with that. I would like that lineup if Memphis wasn’t selling out and totally overplaying ball pressure on the perimeter. If you think we were terrible with the ball in first half wait until you get a load of that in 2nd. We are good and screwed. Memphis blitzing Adams and the ball and we can’t make them pay because no bigs can handle , get open, dribble or catch the ball

Nobody else can penetrate besides JA. Anderson has to play at times to create something for the other players. Problem is he just needs to not shoot and pass the ball when he penetrates.

Honestly, our only real hope is to play burn offense and lockdown D. But burn offense requires efficient shooters, and lockdown D requires limiting turnovers and offensive rebounds.

We aren't good at any of those things this year.
