His % numbers probably won't improve as he's going to be putting up a ton of shots. Good to get the experience but he may struggle.

I think they'll improve from 31%, because he's generally shooting pretty open shots and he's still adjusting to NBA line, but I agree he probably won't get near 40% or anything.

Sabonis, pre knee injury with USSR is pretty much only big man comp for Joker. Sabonis was a better athlete though.
 
He's killing it. For any box score watchers, one 3 point attempt was a 3/4 court shot at end of the half.

I think Herro is a much better passer, Herro operates really well off the high ball screen kicking it out to shooters or hitting the roll man

Sabonis was better defensively because of his length and athleticism. Jokic is better at everything else.

I don’t think he’ll be able to work himself into the GOAT convo, but that next tier — with guys like Magic, Larry, Shaq, Wilt & Duncan — is there for him if he can stay healthy the next 5 years.

I must have the Nuggets TV feed, I don't think they have mentioned Hawk but they are in love with Strawther.

Very encouraging to see Hawkins step up as the 3rd scoring option while CJ is out. Way to take advantage of the opportunity!
 
To me the big question about Hawk was how he'd fit in with NBA physicality given his frame. Watching him against OKC was a revelation - he 100% belonged regardless of how he was shooting. Very excited to watch what he does from here.
