If he had already redshirted, doesn't he only get two years left if he goes FCS?

If he goes FBS, I think he had to sit a year which would mean that he would lose his RS Junior year, right? Maybe I'm confused (likely)...

If true he’s walking into a crowded QB room w/ the returning starter only a junior, 2 sophs, a senior and two incoming freshman (one being Henkel who held UConn offer under Diaco).

How is this? Wasn’t the reason he didn’t sign here because he couldn’t get in due to grades? Now suddenly he’s an Ivy League student? Did I miss something or not remember correctly what happened with his recruitment?
