Has anyone noticed

I went backwards through the NCAA tourney and I noticed that the refs assigned looked a little familiar. Everyone knows we got the high stepper, Anderson, vs Miami but we also got him in the first round vs Iona. On top of that Keith Kimble reffed St Mary's, Gonzaga and SDSU.
Is this normal in the tourney?
