I guess we all have them - good and bad.
With both my father and mother they missed things and in my opinion, cost my mother an early exit from this world, and my dad’s life to be forever changed.
I can go out but won’t. All Er’s have challenges and it is a tough job for nurses and Dr.’s but this hospital happens to be the worst one I’ve ever encountered. I would rather risk the extra 35 minutes and drive to Baystate than “roll the dice” here. They have been wonderful.
But Er’s change and glad the original poster reports a good experience.
