My crystal ball says 247's historical crystal balls are even inaccurate, kid verballed months ago and shmucks there were changing their picks in the past week to either USC or UCLA.

It says "agreement"...wonder if it's LOI. Isn't Ollie only able to talk about the recruits if they did in fact sign the LOI, and not the scholarship papers?

I admit i was highly skeptical we would ever see Hamilton in a UCONN uniform. I am exceptionally happy to be eating a large plate of crow.

Don't even think you can sign scholarship papers yet - the college admissions process is just getting started. Youd need to be accepted first. The LOI is a different beast.

Great news indeed. I'm glad we can put all that speculation crap to bed. It was annoying hearing from blowhards like Goodman and others that "we will never see Hamilton in a UCONN uniform". -bags.

From uconnhuskies.com

STORRS, Conn. - UConn men's basketball coach Kevin Ollie has announced that Sam Cassell, Jr. and Daniel Hamilton have signed agreements to attend UConn beginning with the 2014-15 academic year.

Lubin is obviously now going to UCLA.

Kid probably thinks..."Holy smokes...if UConn wants me then maybe, oh I dunno, maybe Kentucky?"

I'm confused here. Did they sign letters of intent or another non binding agreement like a "grant in aid" thingy?
