For my musical taste, there hasn't been a decent halftime show since The Who in 2010. I saw 0 seconds of Usher & Co this year. I'd at least watch a couple minutes of that '58 halftime show.
Looking at that torn-up field and the small performance, just the overall atmosphere it shows how much pressure society has put on being the biggest greatest most perfect at everything. Much of it now is in overdrive fueled by social media.
