Xavier obviously isn't good in their first season under Richard Pitino but they went 2-2 against power conference schools outside of the Big East...19 point loss to Iowa, a 1 point loss to Georgia, a 10 point win over West Virginia, and a 5 point win over Cincinnati.

You want to say it's impossible to build a winner in your first full season at a new program, but Devries is doing it at Inidana, Willard is doing it Nova. I don't think it's easy, but it's possible.

Swain and Conwell are having great years at Texas & Ville. Right now each teams best player for what will likely be two tourney teams.
