As mentioned before, I've got this gameday workout mojo thing going on. Today I went to the gym with the intention of maintaining a heart rate of 150 for 90 minutes-plus. After a stint on the treadmill, and 15 minutes on the elliptical, I did 2, 20 rep per machine rotations through the 7 resistance machines I use. I was in the middle of the stretching routine I end with, when a gravelly voice with an unidentifiable latin-ish accent told me to get on the damned stationary bike and give him 8 quick miles.
I knew who it was.
