She discussed it with her immediate family first, then her team before LSU went public with their official announcement. if people are leaking things ahead of time (like Kim and LSU being in discussions), not sure how thats Kim's fault in particular. I would blame LSU administration side or people involved with the hiring process for things to leak like that.
