Yes. I'm guessing the point of the video is the very last image, which I take to be the new practice facility. Based on news accounts, it appears to be on a fast track.

Others are more knowledgeable about the financing, but I gather they can confidently break ground with a certain amount of committed money even if it's not yet all firmly in place.

I agree with all of the previous posters that this is about raising monies for the practice center and I'd be stunned if it doesn't motivate a lot of people. It's extraordinarily done!!!! BRAVO!!!!
