That's too bad, because escalators never really become broken. They just become stairs.

Instead of saying "Temporarily out of order" the sign should day "Temporarily stairs. We apologize for the convenience."

I want to hang a map of the world and put pins in all the places I've traveled to. But first I'm gonna have to travel to the top two corners of the map so it won't fall down.
