-> … Following a five-night run at The Palladium in New York at the beginning of May 1977, the Grateful Dead performed at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in New Haven for one night only. The show is notable for the band's renditions of "Fire on the Mountain," "Scarlet Begonias," "Sugaree" and "Peggy-O."
Now, audio from the show is officially being released on vinyl in celebration of the upcoming Black Friday edition of Record Store Day, which will be held this year on Nov. 29. Previously available in CD format in the 2017 released "May 1977: Get Shown The Light" box set, the show is making its debut on vinyl. <-
