In terms of intensity and 1-player defensive wrecking crew, Breanna Stewart. Think of Breanna as Kelly with 5" more height and a wingspan that rivals a jumbo jet.

I could see Tuck developing into that player from what I have heard of her game. On the current team, BB might have the chance to become that kind of fierce defender? As for BS, I think she has too much 'star quality' to be the 'Kelly successor'

I think we will miss Kelly a lot when she leaves. She really is the backbone of the defense and the team really feeds off her effort and energy. Similar to Tiff, I think.

In 2013-14, the defense may give up a few more points but with a lineup that includes KML, Breanna, Stef, Bria, and either Moriah or Morgan, with the other plus Banks, Kiah, and the recruiting class of 2014 coming off the bench, offense will be pretty incredible.
