Says a lot about Azzi that she graduated early ahead of schedule instead of sitting around feeling sorry for herself she hit the books. Congrats to all especially Azzi now hopefully with her Paige and Aubrey returning as grad students they can concentrate on staying healthy and basketball..

This picture should be used by the staff to show prospective recruits and their families that promises made in recruiting are indeed kept with regard to education.

AZzi probably took a lot of AP classes in high school. My younger daughter started UConn with 31 credits .
I'm fairly certain Fudd was not just offered but also admitted to Stanford (unlike a lot of our early offers that fizzle out with a "small envelope"), so not surprised she's a smart cookie who can graduate in 3 years where most take 4!

Great pictures and congrats to all of them. How/why are they graduating in April instead of May? Just curious.
I'm thinking that they all received caps & gowns, and wanted to take pictures, as with the WNBA draft on April 15th, Liya and Nika won't have much time after that, and may not be able to walk in the ceremony.

Congratulations to these impressive young women! I would have loved to have seen them on the court at the same time, but they were still wonderful & supportive teammates. Wishing Aaliyah and Nika lots of luck in the W, and really hoping to see the other three healthy and on court together by January 1st (if not sooner).

Question: since Paige has graduated can she go on the Wall while she’s still an active player or does she have to wait until she leaves? Thanks!

Nope. She doesn't have to wait until she leaves. Geno had Renee's number put up while she was still playing. I don't remember the game, but I do remember the shock on her face and her parents being there

I’m guessing that Renee’s number was hung up on Senior Day/Night. She had made All-American as a Junior. Most of our All-Americans earned the honor at least twice, but their number wasn’t hung until near the end of their senior year. Maya and Paige were the only players to be AA as freshman.
