Something UConn and UK had in common last year is they had three shooters who averaged at least 8.5 attempts per game (lowest was 330 total attempts over 39 games): Bazz, Boat, and DD; and the twins and James Young. The only other team in the final top 10 to feature that was Michigan (Stauskas, Robinson III, and LeVert). Louisville was somewhat close, but Smith was just trying to go Russdiculous all year so that skews that a bit.

This has been his line since we got Hamilton's commitment last year -- chemistry is going to be awful because we have 3 ballhogs. Goodman has hated Hamilton especially for a while, and isn't too fond of Purvis/Boat ither.

Actually, his line was Hamilton would never arrive on campus. So he's already definitively wrong in the 2014/2015 season.
