2.) A younger, already-made-his-mark former Super Bowl winning, NFL Head Coach or
3.) An older, former Super Bowl winning, Hall-of -Fame Head Coach.

I would have to think the real front runner would have to be Mario Cristobal.

And Rutgers is going to have to move very fast on this if they want to keep any of their recruits for this class. Schiano is really screwing Rutgers with the timing of this move....less than a week before signing day! Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch!
