I know there's already a Muhammad-to-UCLA thread, but I think this needs to be properly framed. Fact is, Duke really wanted him, and he's not going there. In a week of bad news, this qualifies as good news.

I'm with you on this one. Just that fact that UK coaches and fans alike were expecting to be able to simply reload every spring with the best of the best and it might not quite happen that way. They landed some very good talent in the fall, just landed Noel, and I thought they were still in the running for a few others such as Anthony Bennett. So it's not like they did badly with replacing what they are losing.
