Its going to be interesting to see if the presence or not of Joe Schoen is one of the negotiating points. One article talks about Dart and draft capital as two major attractions for Harbaugh. If Schoen stays I have to assume that Harbaugh will have more than a major say in the draft including unloading Schoen's duds in trades if possible

If Schoen is smart enough to keep his job after the disaster record the past couple seasons then one could infer that he is smart enough to slide into a different role that is roster building adjacent and let Harbaugh cook. Then he can come out of this smelling like roses if Harbaugh turns things around for the Giants.
